A wonderful 1920s French Refectory Table, crafted from a mixed hardwood. This table showcases a beautiful deep dark lustre that enhances its rustic charm, making it a perfect addition to any farmhouse kitchen, dining area, or a stylish desk or retail display.

Circa 6 feet long, this table comfortably seats 6 people, making it ideal for most family areas. The elegant two-column legs feature a lovely gentle curved silhouette joined by a double stretcher, adding a touch of sophistication to the robust design. The top has a lovely smooth satin like finish with some dark grains and patina to the surface, perfect for everyday use.

Condition
The table is offered in excellent shape, ready for immediate use. We think that the table may have featured Bun feet originally to give is some extra height, these could be added if desired. The current height is 71cm or 28 inches. The photos capture the overall condition, showcasing a couple of small losses and timeworn marks which add to its overall aesthetic.
